The core use case: a legal document arrives from any source (a client, opposing counsel, a court filing, an AI tool like Harvey or Copilot, or an old precedent) and it does not match the firm's house style. Instead of manually reformatting — which typically takes 20–45 minutes per document — the user clicks one button in the Docxedo add-in and the document is instantly reformatted to the firm's exact standards.
